Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data ElevaRank's optional hosted credits service (elevarank.com) collects and how it is used. Using your own OpenAI API key in the plugin does not involve elevarank.com at all.
What we collect
- Your email address — provided at checkout, used to create your account, send your license key, and send purchase receipts.
- Your license key — identifies your account when the plugin makes AI requests.
- Usage records — the AI model used, token counts, and cost per request, so you can see your usage and balance.
- Content you submit for AI processing — when you trigger an AI action in the plugin, the relevant post title/content (or business details) are forwarded to OpenAI to generate a response. We do not store this content after the request is completed.
Optional usage sharing
The plugin can report that your site uses ElevaRank, but only if you explicitly turn it on. Nothing is sent unless you agree. If you do, we store your site URL and name, the plugin, WordPress and PHP versions, which AI mode you use, and your site language — and a daily ping so we can tell active sites from abandoned ones. We never receive your post content, API keys, or email address through this. You can switch it off at any time in ElevaRank → Settings → Usage sharing, which deletes your site from our records immediately.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. We store a payment record (amount and Stripe session ID) to credit your account.

Data retention & your rights
We keep your account, usage, and payment records for as long as your account is active. You may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing hello@elevarank.com.
